Carol L. Greenlee began her professional service in the field of Diversity Business Development in 1986 as the Special Assistant to the Mayor (Nashville) & Liaison Officer for Affirmative Action. She then became Small & Minority Business Liaison Officer with the Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County, TN. She progressed on to Memphis, TN for a position as President/CEO of the Mid South Minority Business Council. That track record led her to serve as Senior Vice President/Director of Memphis 2005 Economic Development Strategic Plan for the Memphis Area Chamber of Commerce.
In 2001, after working with a prominent Community Development Corporation (CDC), Ms. Crawley began to apply her expertise as President & Managing Partner of Business Resource Group, LLC. Since its inception, BRG has become one of the country’s leading consulting firms in the area of Small Minority & Women Owned Business Enterprise (SMWBE) and Diversity Business Economic Development.
